Rules conditions of the reservation

• In principle, guests must be over 30 years old or families with children
• Guests under 30 must check to reserve 
• No bachelor parties or parties of any kind are allowed
• Please be respectful of the neighbors' sleep from 10pm to 9am municipal regulations
• Skis must stay in the garage
• Lighting the fireplace is forbidden by the Fire in Chief
